I handle copy requests across platforms and executions, owning our promo & GWPs from end to end, SMS, regular email programming, regional paid media, DTC requests, loyalty program copy, and more. 

Due to improved email & SMS engagement (in all areas, from CTR to RPM) emails under my control, I began managing the regional Americas copy execution for all launches, from our annual Limited Edition Mist collection to largescale evergreen products (including but not limited to new Rosa Charmosa Dewy Cream, Body Badalada Lotions, & Milky Leave-In Conditioner).
